Taranaki local Keri Opai will be in the Waka Ora speaking on his book Tikanga: An introduction to Te Ao Māori. Opai is a linguist, educator, and author. With simple lucidity and great expertise, Keri will share with us a unique explanation of the Māori world for non-Māori, and for Māori people wishing to learn more about tikanga. This session is a solid introduction to the Māori way of life for those curious to learn more. Koha appreciated.
