Spend the morning with Kym and Sarah in the Bridge where you will be shown how to make ‘Aunty Annie’s’ famous Northland Pāraroa Parai (fry bread). Come join in and you will learn the secrets to making a favourite traditional Māori kai. Bring along a large bowl, an apron and your favourite jam. Koha appreciated.
